What You’ll Do Embross North America is looking for a Software Developer with strong technical skills, who is also curious and interested in airport technology solutions. You are someone who enjoys helping others and likes using your technical skills and knowledge to deliver a smooth experience to passengers arriving at airports, from check-in to takeoff. This role is that of a detail-oriented and approachable technology specialist, comfortable working both in a team and independently, and eager to learn and take ownership of Embross’ CUPPS (Common-Use Passenger Processing System) solutions. Who You Are Experience & Skills: * 3 years of experience in application development * Strong knowledge of application development using Win32 APIs (Print Spooler, Events, etc.) * In-depth understanding of serial communication protocols * Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP sockets, WebSocket) * Proficiency in RESTful APIs and documentation tools (OpenAPI / Swagger) * Proficiency in XML and XSD * Excellent English (written and spoken) * Strong command of C#, .NET platform * Knowledge of Angular / React / NodeJS / Delphi is a plus Education: * Engineering degree in Computer Science, Digital Technologies, or related field * Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science * 2-year diploma in software development You Travel You will be working mostly from Richmond Hill Office, with a possibility of 5 – 15% of business travel.
