Harry Potter: Visions of Magic is opening in Toronto in October 2026, and we are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This immersive Wizarding World experience brings guests into breathtaking environments inspired by the beloved Harry Potter stories. Our retail team plays a key role in creating memorable moments by delivering exceptional service and helping guests take home a piece of the magic. Position Summary The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while supporting all aspects of retail operations, including sales, cashiering, merchandising, stockroom organization, and inventory support. Key Responsibilities Sales & Guest Service • Deliver an engaging and welcoming retail experience aligned with brand standards • Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong selling skills • Maintain a positive, energetic presence on the sales floor POS • Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently • Process debit, and credit transactions at a fast pace • Maintain accuracy in all financial transactions Merchandising & Floor Maintenance • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the selling floor • Replenish merchandise and return items to proper placement • Follow visual merchandising and company guidelines Back of House & Inventory Support • Assist with opening and closing procedures • Support receiving, pricing, tagging, and stock replenishment • Maintain an organized and orderly stockroom • Assist with inventory processes as needed Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of retail experience required • Previous POS experience preferred • Must be able to communicate effectively in English • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset • Results-driven with a positive attitude and adaptability • Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–25 lbs and assist with unloading shipments Compensation & Schedule • Starting pay: $18.50 per hour • Position begins mid-October 2026 • Exhibition-based opportunity (duration discussed during interview) If you are passionate about retail, thrive in high-energy environments, and want to be part of a one-of-a-kind immersive experience, we would love to hear from you.
