About the role
We are looking for a versatile administrative assistant who will play a central role in the heart of operations for our client in Lévis, while acting as a key point of contact with the head office.
With its strategic location at the entrance of the facilities, this person actively contributes to the organization’s image by ensuring a professional, warm, and efficient welcome to clients, suppliers, visitors, and employees. She also provides support to several departments in their daily administrative and operational activities.
Main Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational Support
- Greeting, managing calls and emails.
- Day-to-day administrative management (cash, credit card, purchases).
- Meeting logistics and coordination with suppliers and carriers.
- Tracking documents, performance indicators, and internal tools.
- Support for SST, SAAQ procedures, and management of visitor PPE.
Internal Maintenance Management
- Managing orders, invoicing, payments, and supplies.
- Financial tracking, updating employee products and subscriptions.
- Organizing weekly orders and monitoring circulars.
Human Resources Support
- Following up on applications and managing employee files.
- HR administration (salaries, RRSP, insurance, payroll).
- Preparing disciplinary and government documents.

Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) in secretarial studies or a related field (asset).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
- Good knowledge of document and table formatting rules.
- Basic accounting knowledge (asset).
- Analytical, synthesis, and judgment abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality.
Salary: $22 to $26 per hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Status: Temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
