Jacksons Landing is looking for a Line Cook to join our team!

What you will do in this role:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation and assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver high-quality dishes promptly
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
What we are looking for from you:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Proficiency in food handling, meal preparation, and food safety practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment operation
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in meal preparation and cooking
- Familiarity with food service operations
- Passion for culinary arts and creativity in the kitchen
