Explore this exciting Bookkeeper/Accountant opportunity, now available with our Client, a highly respected Firm located in Emerald Park, Sask. As the ideal candidate you will bring a positive, easygoing personality and full cycle accounting education/experience. Work hours are Tuesday to Saturday. Reporting to the General Manager, you will: Provide full cycle accounting and bookkeeping support, including A/P and A/R processing, data entry, general accounting, and financial statement preparation Calculate and remit PST/GST and all other reporting requirements and related filings. Administer payroll using ADP for all employees. Prepare weekly, monthly, and year-end financial reports and financial statements. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, including monitoring and reconciliation of bank accounts and company credit cards. Requirements: Post-secondary accounting education or formal training is a definite asset. 3+ years of full cycle accounting/bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in accounting software programs, Excel, Word and Outlook. Positive, motivated personality with strong organizational skills. Committed to high accuracy and attention to detail. Enjoys working individually and also as a team with management and staff in a modern sales/service environment. Easygoing, brings maturity and excellent communication skills. Start date: Negotiable; position is available now to cover a maternity leave, until February or March, 2027.Potential for the role to become full-time. Hours of work: Tuesday to Saturday inclusive (8 hours/day, 5 days a week); 9:00 am – 5:30 Attractive remuneration package including comprehensive benefits, parking and great team environment!

Requirements
