Invites Applications For The Position Of Law Clerk/Legal Assistant Reporting to the Lawyer and to the Director of Programs and Staff, the Law Clerk/Legal Assistant will provide administrative support to the lawyer at the Community Connection Centre. Duties And Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the lawyer. Prepare DivorceMate calculations and Certificates of Financial Disclosure. Maintain weekly task lists for ongoing files and ensure deadlines are monitored. Draft documents, correspondence, and other communication to clients, opposing counsel, and other parties, as needed. Compile relevant documents and information from clients, including financial documents. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Applicants should have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
