About the role We are looking for a Product Designer to help improve our pages and lift our landing pages to a higher standard. You will work across our marketing site and product interfaces, turning ideas into clean, accessible designs. This is a hands on role and a strong chance to build a real portfolio while working on products that matter. Engagement details This is an unpaid volunteer or internship role Remote and flexible hours Open to students and early career designers We provide a reference and a portfolio of live work you can show What you'll do Design and improve our landing pages so they look sharp and drive action Support the visual design of enabledtalent.com and our product pages Turn rough concepts and copy into clear layouts, wireframes, and finished UI Help build a consistent design system across our brand and products Work closely with the founders and engineers to move from idea to live page Keep designs aligned with WCAG accessibility standards, since accessibility is core to what we build What we're looking for Some experience or coursework in web or product design A portfolio or samples that show your eye for layout and detail Comfortable working in Figma Good grasp of layout, typography, colour, and responsive design Interest in accessibility, or a real willingness to learn it Able to work independently and see a task through Nice to have Any experience with SaaS or platform products Basic understanding of HTML and CSS Motion or interaction design skills How to apply Send your portfolio or samples and a short note on a page or design you are proud of.
