Position Overview Engage Building Products is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in the New England area to drive sales growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand market share within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the building materials industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with exterior building products, or related residential construction materials. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets. Manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and developers. Leverage industry knowledge and existing networks to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and sales meetings with customers and channel partners. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support product launches and market initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs within the territory. Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting. Travel regularly throughout the assigned region to support customers and business development efforts. Required Qualifications 5+ years of successful outside sales experience in building materials, construction products, or related industries. Demonstrated experience working with exterior cladding systems,. Strong understanding of residential and light commercial construction practices. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing distributor and dealer relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory. Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with builders, contractors, distributors, and architects. Experience selling premium exterior building envelope solutions. Knowledge of regional building codes and construction trends.
