English Path is a rapidly growing international language school delivering immersive English, French, and German learning experiences across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional EFL Teachers to join our team at our campus in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to teach international students in a vibrant, multicultural environment where our curriculum connects the classroom to real-world Toronto cultural experiences. Please note: This role is fully onsite and a freelance (casual contract) opportunity. About the Role: As an EFL Teacher, you will deliver engaging English language lessons to adult and/or young learners from diverse backgrounds. You will follow the English Path syllabus, focusing on communicative methodology and "edutainment" helping students build confidence through project-based learning and interactive sessions. You will be part of a dynamic academic team dedicated to transforming lives through education, ensuring every student has a rewarding and high-quality learning journey. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the English Path syllabus. Ensure learning outcomes are achieved through effective communicative teaching. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress. Integrate classroom technology and digital tools with creativity. Participate in regular CPD sessions and academic meetings. Support the academic team with placement testing and student orientation. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional campus environment. Essential Skills & Experience: CELTA / CertTESOL (or equivalent recognized TEFL qualification). Bachelor’s degree (Level 6 equivalent). Legal right to work in Canada. Proven experience teaching English as a Foreign Language. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Professional, proactive, and flexible approach. Desirable: ⭐ Experience with Young Learners or teenagers. ⭐ Experience in international language school environments. ⭐ Ability to speak an additional language (French is a plus). Requirements
