The role involves leading the assessment, design, and rehabilitation of roofing systems for various building types while managing project delivery and client relationships. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and support business development initiatives. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and possess a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in roofing design and building envelope consulting is required.
