This is a full-time, 4-month contract position Your Main Responsibilities Entering, reviewing, and maintaining laboratory test results in company databases and reporting systems Assisting with project documentation (notes, spreadsheets, lab work sheets, etc.) Preparing and formatting laboratory reports for review by technical staff Coordinating report distribution to project managers, technicians, and clients as required Providing general administrative support to laboratory and field staff, including filing, scanning, and document control Other related duties as needed What Makes You Unique High school diploma Studying in a program related to Business Administration Accuracy, attention to detail and data management are an asset Good oral and written English communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc What Makes Englobe Unique At Englobe, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects of every size and scope. The salary range for this position is $40,807 to $53,560 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role. Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
