The Mechanical Engineer will perform technical calculations, designs, and assessments for mine hoisting systems while ensuring compliance with safety policies. They will also conduct site visits for inspections and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and be a registered Professional Engineer or eligible for registration in Canada. A minimum of 4 years of related experience and the ability to travel to client sites across North America are required.
