Job Description What We Are Looking For We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented hospitality or business school intern to join our Asia Pacific corporate team for a 6-month internship opportunity. This unique role will provide exposure to both Finance and Human Resources (called “People & Culture” in our organisation, and abbreviated as “P&C”), supporting the two senior leaders in charge of these functions. The internship is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience within an international hospitality environment and develop strong analytical, organizational, and business partnering skills. What You’ll Be Doing => Finance Support Reporting to the regional leader overseeing Hotel Finance for Asia Pacific, you will assist with: Consolidation and analysis of financial data from the hotels in the region. Preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards as part of the month-end process. Budget and forecasting support. Monitoring of key financial indicators and business performance of the region’s hotels. Coordination with hotel finance teams across the region for reporting and analysis => People & Culture Support Reporting to the regional P&C leader, you will assist with: Collection and consolidation of P&C data from various sources. Tracking of P&C metrics and organizational data. Maintaining and improving trackers and reporting tools. Preparation of P&C reports and presentations. Support for annual budgeting and manpower planning exercises. Contribution to the management of the recruitment platform: creation of job descriptions for publication on the careers site, and review of applications through the company ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Assistance with P&C projects and regional initiatives. Qualifications Profile Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related degree program. Comfortable working with data and reporting tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Familiar with AI-based tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) to optimize, automate, and enhance reporting, data analysis, and administrative processes. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Highly organised with strong time management skills. Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse cultures and teams. Positive, curious, proactive, eager to learn and take initiative.
