Well Servicing Crews (EWS)

On-site · Nisku

The role involves monitoring well control characteristics and assisting with the operation, maintenance, and movement of the drilling rig. Responsibilities also include rigging up pump and accumulator lines and guiding pipe on the racking platform.

Motorhand (Western Canada)

On-site · Nisku

The motorhand is responsible for the maintenance and repair of drilling rig engines and associated equipment while ensuring a safe working environment. They work closely with the floorhand and driller to support drilling operations and maintain site housekeeping.

DRILLERS AND ASSISTANT DRILLERS

On-site · Nisku

The driller is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the drilling rig, including managing the crew and monitoring all drilling instrumentation. They must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining the integrity of the well bore.

Derrickhand (Western Canada)

On-site · Nisku

The Derrickhand is responsible for operating equipment on the derrick, including guiding drill strings and managing mud pumps and drilling fluids. They must also ensure all operations are conducted safely while performing maintenance on rig equipment and mentoring less experienced personnel.

COMPLIANCE ANALYST

On-site · Calgary

The Compliance Analyst will support internal control systems and operational audits to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify control weaknesses and prepare evidence-based reports on audit findings.

ENGINEERING - PROJECT ENGINEER

On-site · Nisku

The Project Engineer supports field operations through equipment design, development, and the supervision of repairs and modifications. They are also responsible for conducting client presentations and proposals to generate new business for the company.
