Enviros is a diverse not-for-profit social services agency. We work with vulnerable individuals and families in Alberta. Enviros provides intentionally designed, therapeutic programs that help children, youth, adults and families with mental health, addiction and other challenges, to develop skills and foster resilience that ultimately creates healthy communities. We offer a range of therapeutic programs designed to keep families safe and strong and to help children, youth and adults with addiction, mental health and other challenges that prevent them from reaching their full potential. Provide overnight care and support to youth, including maintaining a safe and welcoming home, building trust, supporting daily routines, and helping with meals and activities. Manage individual youth cases, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with coworkers, families, and external professionals, and follow organizational policies and safety protocols.

Assess youth’s individual needs and connect them with community resources using a client-centered approach. Provide life skills training, support problem-solving, and help youth build healthy relationships and capacity for independence.

Coordinate FASD clinic intake, referrals, appointments, standardized questionnaires, and multidisciplinary assessments, while interviewing clients and families and gathering information for assessments. Collaborate with clinicians and community partners to write assessment reports, explain diagnostic processes and results, provide referrals and recommendations, and deliver education and presentations about FASD.

Oversee and coordinate weekend overnight and on-call operations across Enviros’ live-in programs, ensuring awake overnight shifts are covered and providing crisis support to staff and clients. Support onboarding and training, maintain required notifications and internal communications, and work closely with program supervisors and managers.

Supervise and support a team of up to 12 staff, oversee scheduling, documentation, case management, training, performance evaluations, and ensure program operations meet Enviros policies and accreditation standards. Collaborate with custody operations and youth justice partners, support youth and staff as needed, and contribute to leadership, budget oversight, and household health and safety.

Oversee the Respite Care Connection program, including recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff; maintaining program standards; and supporting safe, trauma-informed services for children and youth with developmental disabilities. Manage client intake and service planning, coordinate with families and professionals, oversee budgets and records, report on outcomes, and contribute to agency leadership and strategic goals.

Support youth in a live-in group setting, promote their safety and well-being, and help them build life skills and transition back into the community. Coordinate programming and appointments, collaborate with stakeholders, intervene during crises, and complete justice, government, and daily documentation.

Deliver and support a wilderness-based addiction recovery program for young adult residents, including treatment groups, individualized treatment plans, adventure therapy, and alumni support. Maintain resident safety, complete case and incident documentation, coordinate with the treatment team and Alberta Health Services, and help ensure safe program and facility operations.

Plan and lead multi-day wilderness trips and adventure activities, ensuring they are safe and aligned with clients’ treatment and addiction recovery goals. Coordinate outdoor program logistics and equipment, mentor and assess wilderness staff, and contribute to the development of the Adventure Therapy program.

Provide youth with a safe, caring family home and daily support that promotes healthy development, meaningful connections, and transition to a permanent home. Work as part of a therapeutic team to deliver individualized, trauma-informed care and support youth with complex needs.

Supervise and support youth living in the Journeys program, and work with the team to implement treatment plans and support individualized care. Assist with household routines, chores, minor facility maintenance, direct youth support, and daily administrative and case management tasks.
