Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end customer development and project-based sales for wind/storage (incl. BESS) projects in Canada; achieve annual signing, collection, and key-customer coverage targets. Build and maintain key-customer and ecosystem-partner relationships (developers, IPPs, utilities, EPCs, consultants, etc.); drive project shortlisting, tendering, and award. Organize bid and commercial negotiations: lead pre-bid clarification, bid strategy, pricing & term proposals; align technical / grid-connection / delivery / legal teams to form executable bid packages and deviation lists. Drive contract signing and internal handover: ensure clear scope, controllable risks, and executable delivery plan; drive key milestones from signing to delivery. Track market and policy dynamics (provincial auctions, capacity markets, storage incentives, interconnection approval pace, etc.); develop opportunity maps and competitive strategies. Required Experience Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors in power / energy / engineering / business. 6-10+ years of Canada or North America new energy B2B project sales experience (wind / storage / electrical equipment / energy development, etc.); verifiable track record of wins or key-customer performance. Familiar with project-based sales processes and key bid/contract terms (performance guarantees, schedule, LDs, scope of grid-connection responsibilities, etc.); cross-functional alignment capability. Excellent customer management and negotiation skills; able to influence key people in complex decision chains and drive award. Fluent English; cross-cultural communication skills; able to travel.
