The Assistant Branch Manager leads and coaches a team of advisory employees to ensure exceptional service delivery and achievement of branch sales targets. They are also responsible for branch compliance, risk management, and overseeing operations in the absence of the branch manager. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of progressive experience in sales advisory roles within the financial services industry. A Mutual Fund License is required, and candidates must be capable of completing internal certification programs.
