EPAM is looking for a Sr. AI/ML Delivery Manager to serve as the senior AI delivery advisor responsible for guiding our client’s engineering organization from isolated AI experimentation to agent-driven delivery at scale. This is a consultative, delivery-first role, pairing proven program leadership with hands-on AI delivery credibility to advise confidently at the VP level and above. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, on-site four days a week, with long-term placement on the account. The range provided reflects base salary only. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$170,000 - CA$230,000. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives. Requirements

Candidates need a proven record of delivery leadership and hands-on experience building AI-native solutions for production, along with the ability to advise credibly at the C-suite level. A technical foundation in computer science or engineering with architecture exposure and consulting experience at a large systems integrator or comparable firm are required; candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and work on-site four days per week.
