Role Description Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Communications and Events Manager will serve as the execution engine for Epineuron’s event marketing, commercial collateral development, and physician/KOL engagement programs. This high-ownership role balances end-to-end conference management (logistics, booth experience, and integrated pre/post-event marketing) with managing external creative partners (illustrators, designers, developers) and producing high-impact educational content. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 3–5+ years of B2B or healthcare marketing experience (Medical Device, Pharma, or Life Sciences strongly preferred). Demonstrated experience managing physical trade show/conference logistics, vendor contracts, and shipping. Proven track record directing external creative agencies, designers, and medical illustrators. Experience negotiating vendor and agency contracts, including budget management for events and campaigns. Hands-on experience hosting webinars and coordinating physician/KOL video content production. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/InDesign), Microsoft Suite, and web CMS platforms (Wix). Strong multi-tasking skills with a history of delivering complex projects on strict deadlines. Willingness and ability to travel to US conferences as required (short-term business travel for trade shows; not extended U.S.-based work or relocation).
