Exposure of project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes. Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and resolve tickets, knowledge of SLAs / RCA. Should be an individual Contributor and team player Graduate or Post Graduation or Professional Certification Relevant SAP Certification Domain experience/exposure Flexible to work in different time zones Detailed sub-modules in SAP SD. ASAP Methodology ITIL Methodology SD Organization Structure SD Master Data Sales Order Processing Deliver Processing Shipment Processing Invoice Processing Userexits, VOFM Routines and Customer Exits SD Tables and Structures

Requirements

Requires 10 years of SAP experience in implementation, support, or rollout projects, along with exposure to project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes. Candidates should have relevant education or professional certification, SAP SD domain experience, and flexibility to work across time zones as an individual contributor and team player.
