This is a full-time position at our Calgary Location, Alberta. The Stock Associate will provide exceptional and professional customer service to EQ3 customers to ensure customer satisfaction and increase EQ3 sales. THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment Excellent organizational skills and able to multitask Self-motivated, able to work well with little or no supervision, and a strong positive attitude Ability to communicate effectively in English Good Customer Service skills are also required Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Able to lift 75 lbs+ with weekend availability MORE ABOUT THE ROLE: Assist with loading/unloading product from delivery truck Assist with the inventory check as it comes in against packing slips Works for long periods of time moving and lifting stock to ensure an orderly stock room environment at the Calgary Store stock room Works closely with and takes direction from the Visual coordinator to implement visual standards and directives (ie., displays, signage and room groupings) Stock shelves in store Identifies stock levels and notifies management and Visual.
