DIRECTEUR.TRICE FINANCES ET ADMINISTRATION Montréal | Hybride | UN RÔLE CLÉ AU CŒUR DE L’ORGANISATION Notre client, un OBNL engagé et en développement, recherche un.e Directeur.trice finances et administration qui souhaite aller au-delà de la comptabilité. Relevant de la direction générale et membre du comité de gestion, vous agirez comme partenaire stratégique et bras droit financier, en contribuant directement aux décisions, à la planification et à la saine croissance de l’organisation. Vous aurez également l’occasion de structurer les pratiques, améliorer les outils et faire évoluer les processus, tout en demeurant près des opérations. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS Piloter la planification financière, les budgets, les prévisions et le suivi de trésorerie; Produire et analyser les états financiers et rapports de gestion, et conseiller la direction; Superviser les activités comptables : payables, recevables, paie et comptabilité par projets; Assurer le suivi financier des subventions, financements et redditions de comptes; Coordonner l’audit annuel et les relations avec les auditeurs externes; Superviser une petite équipe administrative et comptable; Veiller à la saine gestion des fournisseurs, assurances, contrats et infrastructures; Participer au comité de gestion et au conseil d’administration; Contribuer aux projets de développement et à la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique. LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Nous recherchons une personne qui combine expertise financière, vision stratégique et sens pratique. Formation universitaire en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou administration, ou expérience équivalente; 5 à 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en finance et gestion; CPA, un atout; Connaissance des normes comptables canadiennes et du secteur des OBNL; Expérience avec la comptabilité par projets et les subventions; Maîtrise de QuickBooks, Excel et de la suite Office; Connaissance de Nethris, un atout.
