Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education. Hybrid: If filled in Montreal, the role will be fully remote. If filled in Toronto, there is a required hybrid work arrangement consisting of in-office and remote work. Level of Position: Please note that candidates may be considered as a Corporate Services Clerk level I or II level based on qualifications and experience. Hours of Work: We are hiring for two full-time shifts, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule: - Shift A: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Shift B: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Closing Date: September 13, 2026 We are ESC, an experienced provider that delivers solutions uniting public records data, customer authentication, corporate services, collateral management, asset recovery, and accounts receivable management which support registration, due diligence, and lending practices of clients across Canada. Our people are what drives our innovation, growth, and well-being. We are currently hiring multiple Bilingual Corporate Services Clerks to support our growing team. In this role, you will conduct due diligence searches, process registrations and filings, support clients, and help deliver accurate and timely information services across Canada. What you’ll do: Provide our clients with assistance in ordering searches including securities, PPSA, litigation, corporate searches, and NUANS requests. Assist in the flow of day-to-day operations, with a focus on ensuring orders are fulfilled and completed within SLA’s. Taking care of level one client escalations in your subject matter area. Answering phone calls from clients: answering questions, providing needed information, explaining the different services offered and related fees. Provide support to clients on our online platforms. Follow-up of files sent to ministries and agents. Invoicing all the different services rendered by the department. Build deep knowledge of services offered by other departments National Land Title Registry Searches - including confirmation of title ownership, legal title descriptions, confirmation of name on land title, and other search permutations. National PPSA (personal property security act) Fixture Filing (NOSI Process) - including the filing of financing statements and land title forms resulting in a Notice of Security Interest (NOSI) against the subject property to provide a financial claim of interest (lien) in favour of the Lender (ESC Customer). National NOSI Discharge. What you’ll need: Must be bilingual in French in English. Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education plus 3-5 years of experience working in an office or legal environment. Experience with PPSA, Corporate & Land title registry is an asset.
