Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role in Hamilton, ON, for a Pharmacy Assistant. The Pharmacy Assistant will assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and verification, provide outstanding customer service, manage inventory to ensure availability of products, and answer incoming calls professionally. Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining a clean, organized workspace are also essential elements of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in processing prescriptions and familiarity with pharmacy protocols Strong customer service skills with a focus on assisting patients and addressing inquiries Experience with inventory management, including stocking and organizing pharmaceutical products Good phone etiquette and effective communication skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy management software Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an asset
