JOB SUMMARY Now, if you were to come on board as our Facility Administrator, we’d ask you to do the following for us: * Manage customer shipping and receiving requests for mail packages: tracking, documenting, preparing packages, and mail delivery within the site. * Sorts and delivers incoming mail by the department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution. * Picks, sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail. * Processes and weighs outgoing mail. * Operates mail machines including postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine. * Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information. * Maintain Site Procedure Guide describing processes and procedures for all services, providing updates as revisions are made. * Complete custom clearance for packages as applicable. * Complete minor facilities PMs such as fire extinguisher checks, eye wash checks, etc. * Submit work requests/work orders as needed for facilities-related issues. * Corporate events coordination and set up. * Review work order backlog and coordinate repairs with onsite staff and contractors when needed. * Issue uniforms to the employees and maintains uniform repair repository. * Order supplies for the mail room, printing equipment, facilities supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. * Other duties as assigned by Facilities management.
