Job summary
Check guests in and out accommodation and provide administrative and/or clerical support to the project and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Front Desk/Housing Associates, we’d ask you to do the following for us: * Provide hospitality reception services to the camp residents. * Coordinate with other camp departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance to ascertain all rooms are clean and well maintained. * Ensure data stored in the system is current with respect to resident information, resident requests, room availability, check in/checkout information, as well as housekeeping/maintenance work orders. * Complete daily and period reporting for management and client. * Perform other administrative duties and functions as required. Here’s how we’ll know you are the best fit: * Hotel Guest Services experience. * Minimum 2 years of customer service and reception experience in a fast-paced demanding environment. * Exceptional customer service attitude and experience. * Experience in an administrative role. * Proven time-management and organization skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Remote camp experience is an asset. Position Requirements: * Pass a Drug & Alcohol Test * Shift: 10hr/Day * Rotation: 14 Days On/7 Days Off

Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service and reception experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test are required for this rotational role.
