The Kitchen General Helper is responsible for preparing, plating, and serving meals while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. They also perform general cleaning duties, manage inventory, and assist with the distribution of supplies and equipment. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs and pass both a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check. Previous food service experience is considered an asset, along with a food safety certification and strong organizational skills.
