Retail Store Supervisor

Job summary

Assign duties to sales workers, authorize payments and merchandise returns, order and sell merchandise, and maintain inventory. Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports; resolve customer and supply issues; and supervise and coordinate a team of 3–4 workers.

Requirements

Requires a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. Candidates should be bondable, have basic security clearance, be willing to travel and relocate, and demonstrate accuracy, client focus, efficiency, strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
