Job title:- Project Manager Location:- Montreal, QC (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote every week) Duration:- 24 Months In detail The team members are responsible of the following activities: Project Management Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives Ensure that all projects follow Group Policies and Procedure - including proper Project Governance & Software Development Lifecycle Identify and obtain the buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors Leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, & project status Work closely with all functions - Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk etc. to ensure successful delivery of project objectives Manage situations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of the project Provide project plans, status reports, track issues and risks, budget/actuals tracking, testing co-ordination, implementation plan preparation and oversight Candidates are measured on the following four performance drivers, which will dictate how individual impact is considered on the Americas platform: Results and Impact Able to influence peers and team Demonstrates good judgement when making decisions of high complexity and impact Exercise appropriate autonomy in the execution and delivery of work Responsible for driving outcomes, which have meaningful effect on team or department Leadership and Collaboration Create trust with colleagues. Acts in leadership capacity for assigned projects Client, Customer and Stakeholder Focus Able to build relationships with a mix of colleagues and clients Interacts regularly with management and department leaders Demonstrates the ability to influence stakeholders at the team level Compliance Culture and Conduct Takes full responsibility for personal actions and demonstrates courage in facing problems and conflicts Perceived as a person of high moral character; upholds corporate values and displays high ethical standards Minimum Required Qualifications: 10 years’ experience as Project Manager Experience in Cash Management, SWIFT payments, & Banking Consulting experience Expertise in functional &operational knowledge of Global Banking activities Deep knowledge of & experience executing all project management concepts Project planning, documentation experience, & stakeholder management Excellent level of knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The candidate : Must have an in-depth understanding of project life cycle and what each phase implies Must have excellent communication skills - Both written and oral Must be able to manage situations of conflict and work professionally and efficiently with collaborators to arrive at a solution Needs to demonstrate the ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly Needs to show ability to multi-task and shift gears for assorted topics during the project life cycle Must be able to demonstrate the ability to delve into complicated situations (issues, people, processes etc.), sort information and propose the solution/next steps Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with focus on IT, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study. 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Banking . Languages: English & French

Requirements

Requires over 10 years of project management experience specifically within banking, cash management, and SWIFT payments. Candidates must possess strong functional knowledge of global banking activities and proficiency in MS Project and Office suite.
