Job summary

Euclid Telehealth is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused professional to support the growth and expansion of our Eye Disease Program. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between Euclid Telehealth and prospective physician and community partners, building awareness of our services and developing strong, long-term referral relationships. You will identify and nurture new business opportunities through physician outreach, networking, community engagement, and consultative sales, while supporting Euclid’s visibility within the healthcare community. The successful candidate will combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, results-driven approach to identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and contributing to Euclid Telehealth’s continued growth. At Euclid Telehealth, we focus on eye disease screening for the leading causes of vision loss and blindness, such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and others. Our mission is to provide ocular health screening to everyone and ultimately eliminate preventable vision loss and blindness through the early detection of eye disease, by providing expert Ophthalmic care in a convenient, modern way. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, inter alia: Outreach and Networking: Point of contact between Euclid Telehealth and its prospects by identifying and educating prospective physicians to the Mission, Vision, and Services of Euclid Telehealth for their patient’s eye health, specifically eye disease screening in their facility. Identify sales leads and nurture through a consultative sales approach, a core group of physicians/owners who are interested in Euclid Telehealth’s Eye Disease Program to refer patients for eye disease screening on-site in their facility. Present warm leads to the General Manager and Director of Operations. Identify potential sales leads by visiting medical practices, doctor’s offices, Community Health Centre, etc. through a variety of channels to introduce Euclid Telehealth and maintain frequent and collegial contacts with these and other clinics. Identify other collaborative environments such as Seniors Organizations and Community Health Associations. Develop and maintain a smooth, cooperative working relationship with peers, subordinates, and management team. Providing an excellent experience during all aspects of cold calling Build a relationship with every potential lead. Marketing: Identify community and Regional promotional events, health fairs, ocular health awareness opportunities and coordinate Euclid’s participation. Increase company visibility and identify new business channel opportunities within industry colleagues. Facilitate special projects related to enhancing market position and profile. Administration: Collect data and develop market analysis reports that advance the understanding of demographic changes, market conditions and critical business factors. Document activities to ensure the Sales Funnel spreadsheet is up-to-date, accurate and completed in a timely manner. To be fully knowledgeable in all current in Euclid’s Sales, Operations, Procedures and Policies to ensure proper communication of services at Euclid Telehealth. Remain current with technical and professional knowledge to be able to effectively communicate with referral sources on topics of mutual professional interest. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A strong background in Ophthalmology with 2 years’ business development. Proven relationship building and presentation skills. Knowledge of consultative strategies and networking methodologies. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Physicians, other professionals, and staff. COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in Windows and with specific experience in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must have sufficient verbal communicative skills to talk with and hear individuals with a variety of English proficiencies. The employee is required to travel regularly by automobile, and gain access to public access professional office spaces. Requirements

Candidates must have a strong background in Ophthalmology and at least 2 years of experience in business development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills for professional networking are required.
