Role Description The Inside Outside Sales role at Eura Drives Canada is a full-time, on-site position based in North York, ON, focused on growing sales and supporting customers in the industrial automation sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting sales calls and site visits, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to close opportunities. The role involves managing existing accounts, providing product demonstrations, coordinating technical support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up. The Inside Outside Sales professional will collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to address customer needs, organize product training sessions, and support field applications. This position also includes maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking market trends, and contributing feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings. Qualifications Strong Sales and Account Management skills, with experience in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Customer Service and Field Service capabilities to support client needs on-site and ensure reliable, responsive assistance. Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, basic technical explanations, and user training to customers and partners. Understanding of industrial automation, drives, or related electrical/mechanical products is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and travel locally to visit customers as needed. Post-secondary education in engineering, technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Valid driver’s license and eligibility
