Evergreen Sheet Metal (2018) has been operating in the BC Lower Mainland HVAC and Sheet Metal Industry for over 15 years. We are part of the Local 280 union, and we are currently looking for hardworking individuals who are looking for career progression to join our team as Sheet Metal Apprentices at our CRSC Project in Downtown Vancouver. Skills and Requirements Have strong interpersonal and communication skills Be a team player Be safety conscious Detail-oriented Organized Proactive Hardworking Reliable Eager to learn Able to take and follow directions Comfortable working at heights Comfortable using hand and power tools Good English skills (written and spoken) Be entitled to legally work in Canada Key Responsibilities • Assist the Red Seals and Journeymen on all tasks related to the trade • Keep their working area clean and tidy • Clean the job site as necessary • Organize tools and materials as needed • Perform other duties as required • Listen and follow instructions Education and Experience Completion of High School Previous experience with a minimum of 2 years in Sheet Metal, HVAC or Welding is a strong asset. Work Conditions ESM employees work a standard 40-hour workweek, but work hours, including overtime, may vary based on business requirements from time to time Standing for long periods Keeping your arms above your head for long periods Fast-paced environment Repetitive tasks Dusty Overtime as required Walking on uneven ground in construction sites Who are you? • You value teamwork and consider yourself a true team player • You represent yourself and your work with passion and pride • You strive to do the right thing, always • You want a challenging yet rewarding position Compensation: $26.00/h to $41.60/h + 12% Vacation & Stat Holiday Pay + $25/month Phone allowance. Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and be legally entitled to work in Canada. Previous experience of at least 2 years in Sheet Metal, HVAC, or Welding is considered a strong asset.
