The Technical Product Specialist will interface with customers to design tailored solutions and assist the team in defining new product architecture and features. They will also validate solutions, perform competitive benchmarking, and support product documentation and testing.

Systems Pre-Commissioning Technologist

The technologist will configure and test systems based on configuration drawings while troubleshooting interoperability issues. They will also interface with customers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and gather necessary system workflow information.

SLA Customer Coordinator
