Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001; review test and burn-in results; maintain calibration records Investigate non-conformances, RMAs, and field failures (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA); manage CAPAs and MRB activities Maintain ISO 9001-aligned procedures, work instructions, and records; support internal and external audits Support supplier qualification and scorecards; resolve supplier issues including counterfeit risk, obsolescence, and PCN/EOL notices Participate in design reviews, DFM/DFT, and first article inspections; support qualification testing and compliance (CE, UL/CSA, FCC, RoHS, REACH, WEEE) Analyze quality metrics (FPY, DPPM, RMA trends, COPQ) using SPC; support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of quality experience in electronics manufacturing Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IPC standards, and PCB assembly (SMT and through-hole) Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs Strong analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/QMS software Experience in broadcast, pro A/V, telecom, or other high-reliability electronics is an asset Internal or supplier auditing experience is an asset IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certification; ASQ certification (CQE, CQA, CQT) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is an asset Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and ESD control is an asset What We Offer Employer funded benefits program Competitive total compensation package Work-life balance Employee Assistance plan Employee Discount Platform Career progression Casual work environment Social events and sports teams Location: Burlington, Ontario (in-office position) Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours. Requirements

Requires a diploma or degree in electronics, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience, and 3–5 years of quality experience in electronics manufacturing. Candidates should know ISO 9001, IPC standards, PCB assembly, root cause analysis, and CAPA; be able to read schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs; and have strong analytical and software skills.
