Our services include Registered Massage Therapy, medical acupuncture, lymphatic drainage, medical-grade facial treatments, injectables, and wellness services designed to support relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. At EVOLVE, every treatment is thoughtfully customized to each client's needs and goals. We believe exceptional care comes from combining clinical knowledge, advanced techniques, and a welcoming boutique environment where every client feels valued and cared for. Role Description This is a part-time or full-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role in North York (Avenue & Lawrence). The RMT will provide assessments, individualized treatment plans, therapeutic massage, and appropriate documentation in accordance with professional standards and CMTO requirements. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the clinical and wellness sides of massage and is interested in lymphatic drainage, TMJ, cupping, and specialized body-focused treatments. What We Offer High commission split Flexible scheduling based on your availability 2–5 shifts per week, with weekends optional No restrictive non-compete clause Established booking and administrative systems Opportunity to grow with an evolving wellness boutique Qualifications Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) Strong skills in therapeutic massage with the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs Interest or experience in lymphatic drainage, TMJ, cupping, or other techniques is an asset Professional, reliable, and client-focused Comfortable working independently and maintaining professional documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in wellness, body-focused treatments, and creating an elevated client experience Commitment to professional standards, ethics, privacy, and continuing education

Requirements

Candidates must be currently registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Experience or interest in specialized techniques like lymphatic drainage, TMJ, and cupping is considered an asset.
