Location: Montreal, QC, Canada Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week Contract Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and French; Spanish is an asset About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Deployment / Cutover Coordinator to support a major SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP transformation. This role will focus on coordinating cutover activities, maintaining deployment trackers, managing action items and dependencies, and ensuring effective communication across technical teams and programme stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role during go-live execution and hypercare, ensuring that activities are tracked accurately, issues are escalated promptly, and all stakeholders have clear visibility into deployment progress. Key Responsibilities Maintain cutover trackers, action logs, issue registers, dependency lists, and stakeholder contact matrices. Coordinate status updates, follow-ups, and communications across technical teams, vendors, project management, and leadership. Track cutover task completion, supporting evidence, outstanding actions, and handover activities. Monitor dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate stakeholders. Prepare cutover status reports, meeting notes, decision logs, and leadership updates. Support coordination between SAP technical teams, including BASIS, Security, BTP, Integration, QA, and business SMEs. Assist with the transition from cutover execution to hypercare and stabilization. Maintain accurate documentation to support auditability, governance, and lessons learned. Required Skills and Experience Experience in programme coordination, SAP deployment, technical cutover, testing coordination, or command centre operations. Working knowledge of SAP environments, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes. Familiarity with SAP BTP, system integration, testing, defect management, and cutover processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Must be based in or able to work from Montreal, QC, with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations. Exposure to cutover command centres, go-live readiness, and hypercare stabilization. Experience working with system integrators, vendors, PMO, QA, and technical delivery teams. Spanish language proficiency is an added advantage. What Success Looks Like Accurate and up-to-date cutover trackers and reporting. Clear ownership and timely closure of actions, issues, and dependencies. Effective communication and escalation throughout cutover execution. A smooth transition from go-live activities to hypercare and stabilization. Contract: 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
