We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, inspecting finished components, following work instructions, and ensuring products meet established quality and production standards. Duties * Operate CNC milling machines and other machining equipment according to established procedures and work instructions. * Load and unload materials and components into CNC machines. * Monitor machine operations and identify any issues or abnormalities during production. * Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production specifications. * Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments. * Verify dimensions and tolerances to ensure finished parts meet quality requirements. * Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment or production issues to the appropriate supervisor. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety procedures. * Follow established manufacturing processes and Lean manufacturing principles. * Complete production and quality documentation accurately. * Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards. * Perform other related manufacturing duties as required. Requirements * Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment is an asset. * Basic understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes. * Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions. * Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is an asset. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. * Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to follow instructions, established procedures, and safety requirements. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 lbs. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment is an asset. * Willingness to learn and develop CNC machining skills.
