We’re seeking a talented Architect to join our growing team in Halifax, NS. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional passionate about creating innovative, sustainable designs for commercial, institutional, and residential projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations and regulatory standards. What a day at EXP has in store for you * Conceptualize, plan, and develop architectural designs for new builds and renovations. * Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit. * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success. * Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for compliance with design intent. * Participate in client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations. * Stay current with building codes, sustainability practices, and industry trends. What your experience looks like * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. * Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery. * Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Bilingual (English/French) preferred. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and be a licensed professional with at least 5 years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, along with a strong understanding of building codes and zoning laws, is required.
