IT Support Technician Brampton, ON (Onsite 5 Days/Week) $65,000 - $77,000 + Benefits Full-Time Permanent Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to join their team in Brampton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of desktop support, device deployment, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance in a busy operational environment. Working onsite, you will provide technical support to office and operations staff, ensuring computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology systems are configured, maintained, and functioning effectively. What You'll Be Doing Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktop computers for new and existing users Install software, operating system updates, and company-standard applications Set up and deploy mobile devices, including phones and tablets Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across the business Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Office 365-related issues Support printers and peripherals, including toner replacement and issue resolution Manage and resolve support tickets while providing timely updates to users Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities Assist with onboarding and technology setup for new employees Ensure IT equipment inventory and deployment records remain accurate What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 environments Hands-on experience imaging and deploying computers Experience configuring and supporting mobile devices (phones and tablets) Knowledge of printers, peripherals, and general desktop support Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation is an asset Work Environment This position is based in a dynamic distribution and operations-focused environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with both office and operational staff, providing hands-on support throughout the facility and responding quickly to day-to-day technical needs.
