Job summary

Company Description F45 Training has been one of the fastest growing fitness networks in the world, offering personal training–level results at a more accessible cost through engaging 45-minute group workouts. F45 Training Hamilton Downtown focuses on building off our already strong, supportive community where members are motivated to train together and progress consistently. Workouts combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional resistance movements to help members develop lean muscle, improve cardiovascular health, and enhance overall performance. Each session is coached by either one or two certified trainers who scale exercises for all fitness levels, using equipment such as kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, barbells, and medicine balls instead of traditional cardio machines. Lets also mention we’ve upgraded our gym to include weight racks, cables, and plenty of cardio ERGs. The studio welcomes individuals at any stage of their fitness journey who are ready to commit to improving health and performance. Role Description The Studio Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based at F45 Training Hamilton Downtown in Hamilton, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and planning tasks. The Studio Manager leads and supports coaches and front desk staff, facilitates effective communication across the team, and drives a positive, inclusive studio culture. Key responsibilities include managing memberships and leading the sales processes, handling inquiries, coordinating promotions and events, monitoring key performance metrics, and implementing initiatives to grow membership and member engagement. The role also involves coordinating projects such as local partnerships, marketing activities, and member challenges to strengthen the studio’s presence in the community. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support members, manage inquiries, and represent the studio professionally. Candidates should possess Team Leadership and basic Project Management skills to guide staff, coordinate schedules, and oversee studio initiatives. Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage memberships, conduct studio tours, and support revenue growth through effective outreach and retention. Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality environments is beneficial, along with a passion for health, community, and member success. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused setting are important.
