This role blends creative content development, digital marketing, and campaign analytics, ensuring every guest experience is communicated in compelling and meaningful ways. Contract Type: Permanent Job Duties Include Analytics & Reporting Prepare campaign performance reports. Conduct social media audits and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies. Support revenue and marketing performance meetings. Maintain project tracking tools (Gantt charts, spreadsheets). Provide weekly and monthly insights for marketing initiatives. Content creation & management. Assist the Marketing team on key projects as needed including photo shoots / video shoots, media visits etc. Assist with the creation of high-quality social content that resonates with the target audience and supports the company’s brand and messaging Support web content maintenance across CLL.com, Fairmont.com, The Basin, HCM, and other platforms. Create and update internal digital and print materials, including signage, guides, and menus. Marketing & Promotional Initiatives Contribute to social media activations and campaigns, monitoring engagement and assisting with content scheduling. Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate and property brand standards. Contribute to creative projects that enhance the guest experience and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Assist with internal hotel content and projects, including the creation of the annual gala video, Heart of House branding, and other colleague engagement initiatives. Other Tasks Assigned Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and welcoming service. Maintain a strong understanding of RPS and EES metrics, contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives. Provide office coverage and administrative support as needed. Demonstrate flexibility and availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
