Faris Team is seeking a strong team player with Real Estate experience who will cover our front desk reception, greet clients arriving at the office, answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, and provide administrative support. This is a part-time position, primarily Monday–Friday from 4:00–8:00 PM, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Here’s What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Client Services Coordinator Looks Like: Deliver an exceptional client experience by warmly and professionally greeting visitors to the Client Experience Centre and ensuring every interaction reflects the Faris Team standard. Answer incoming phone calls (including leads) in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure all deposit cheques are received, documented, and processed correctly, providing proper receipts and confirming prompt delivery. Work with the Listings Team to complete tasks as necessary.
