ASSOCIATE – PROJECT DEVELOPMENT VANCOUVER OFFICE (3-5 Years Call) We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our Vancouver Office. Our ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience advising clients and supporting senior lawyers on project development, procurement, construction and commercial matters, preferably in the mining, energy, infrastructure, and natural resource sectors. Experience with major project procurement, project delivery models, and the drafting and negotiation of engineering, procurement, construction, equipment supply, consulting and operational agreements will be an asset. Experience with broader transactional and commercial matters in these sectors would also be valued. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of project development and commercial matters. The role offers exposure to complex large scale transactions and nationally significant projects across multiple industries. The successful candidate will work in an integrated, multi-disciplinary environment alongside lawyers from a variety of practice areas supporting complex project development mandates.
