Instructions for applicants * Include Job Reference Number: LK-NC * Send resume (Instruct the applicants that the resume doc needs to be named: Last Name, Name_Cost Control Manager) * Cover letter * Apply by email to this email: mateo.sanchez@fccco.com [mateo.sanchez@fccco.com] Duties: * Planning and controlling budget and expenditures; * Authorizing the development of specifications for products or services; * Assigning, coordinating and reviewing technical work; * Evaluating technical designs and engineering work; * Overseeing the analysis of data and information; * Overseeing the preparation of reports; * Advising Senior Management; * Hiring, supervising, coaching and developing and mentoring project controls personnel * Managing contracts, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations; * Costing and budgeting; and * Estimating costs, preparing specifications and evaluating construction projects * Contributing to Risk Mitigation Planning using the Monte Carlo risk analysis process; * Identifying commercial/schedule risks and developing mitigation measures to ensure timely and high-quality planning and scheduling-related deliverables; * Creating and/or completing ad hoc reports as required by management or other key stakeholders; and * Conducting productivity analysis of construction operations Requirements: * Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required * 5+ years of experience in a construction cost controller function on large-scale infrastructure projects is required * Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in reports, SAP, Excel, graphs and flow charts * SAP Integra knowledge and Hard Dollar knowledge * SAP Financial Consolidation10.1 knowledge * SAP Business Planning Consolidation knowledge * Knowledge of SIE construction progress reporting * Understanding of Monte Carlo risk analysis processes * You are able to understand technical requirements. * You have experience in the operation and analysis of databases, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies. * You have demonstrated project management skills. * You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships and credibility with professionals at any level in the organization. * This position requires English, written and spoken. * Expertise in Construction and Railway * Reporting to Cost Control Director and lateral reporting to CFO CJV. * This position requires travel to project site as needed.
