As a Credit Policy Manager, you’ll design, evaluate and improve credit procedures and systems to enable execution of high-level credit policies. Your strong knowledge of lending practices and risk mitigation strategies, combined with your process improvement expertise, will enable you to recommend meaningful changes that enhance both customer and employee experiences. What you’ll do Collaborate with colleagues on enterprise-wide projects and initiatives Work closely with Agile development teams to design, manage and improve credit procedures and business processes Work closely with stakeholders to understand and represent policy and risk requirements in designing and enabling solutions Evaluate recommendations, goals, deliverables and business results Support change management activities, including communications and training materials Provide informal leadership and coaching to colleagues on projects and areas of expertise What you’ll bring to the team Required qualifications A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or agriculture Minimum five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Extensive knowledge of lending practices and the agriculture and agribusiness industry Proven expertise in development and design of procedures and continuous improvement Demonstrated proficiency with personal computer applications and software tools used in a professional environment Understanding of risk mitigation strategies and their application to actionable process and procedure Preferred qualifications Experience leading credit policy or process improvement initiatives Experience supporting change management, communications or training activities Strong relationship-building, communication and problem-solving abilities Not sure you meet every requirement?
