As a Manager, Credit Portfolio Management, you’ll provide insights, data and analytics to senior leaders and committees to support informed decision-making. You’ll lead reporting processes, interpret portfolio trends, support risk mitigation activities and communicate meaningful insights about loan portfolio health. What you’ll do Lead the preparation and distribution of portfolio management reports for senior leaders and the Board of Directors Measure and report against risk appetite, policy limits and operational thresholds, providing interpretation and guidance on portfolio health Provide insights, data and analytics to senior leaders and committees to support decision-making Lead research and analysis on internal and external credit portfolio management issues and trends, including developments in the agriculture and food industry Support the use of risk mitigation tools through process management, monitoring, reporting and due diligence activities Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team What you’ll bring to the team Required qualifications: A degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics or a related discipline Minimum seven years of experience in credit portfolio management, risk management, portfolio analysis or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Extensive knowledge of loan portfolio management reporting and analysis techniques, loan and lease products and policies, and reporting systems Proven expertise in risk measurement processes, including allowance for credit losses, capital measurement and stress testing Demonstrated proficiency with data, analytics and reporting concepts, principles and systems Strong understanding of agriculture finance, the agriculture industry and the broader economic and legislative environment Preferred qualifications: Professional designation such as CFA, CA or CPA Experience in agriculture, business economics or finance Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Not sure you meet every requirement? Requirements
