Riverton Co-op is hiring a Meat Cutter on a permanent basis, located on site in Riverton, MB. We're looking for a customer-focused team member who takes pride in delivering quality products and exceptional service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for fresh meat, fish, and seafood, we'd love to hear from you. What you’ll do: * Receive, inspect, store, and prepare meat, fish, and seafood products according to quality and food safety standards. * Cut, fillet, trim, package, price, and merchandise products for sale using proper tools and equipment. * Maintain inventory, rotate stock using FIFO practices, and complete required logs and records. * Deliver exceptional customer service, provide product recommendations, and assist with special orders. * Follow production plans to ensure displays are fully stocked, fresh, and visually appealing. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including equipment maintenance and temperature monitoring. * Support the training and development of new and existing team members as required. * Perform other duties as assigned.
