Company: FedEx Trade Networks Canada Address: 5550 Explorer Drive Suite 600 L4W 0C3 Mississauga,Ontario Canada Scheduled Weekly Hours: 37.5 Worker Type: Employee Posting Start Date: 08-24-26 Posting Close Date: 09-23-2026 Job Family: FTN: Release & Classification Support Position Summary: Total Base Pay Range - $33,232.00 - $51,925.00 CAD Annual Monday - Friday: 8AM to 4PM Temporary assignments must be one (1) year in duration - Temporary assignments less than 1 year in duration are not open to permanent employees. LVS & WAYBILL ENTRIES • Prepares waybill entries documentation by applying proper transaction barcodes and photocopying corresponding invoices • Performs waybill entries and transfers the files to AS400 system using NAFTA Query main screen • Creates B3 manually using H-S classifications codes and printing out invoices to go to splitting • Collates, files and distributes copies of B3 invoices • Extracts statements, summary billing and no mailing list invoices for the billing department CREATING FILES • Prepares files, prints waybill screens and releases dates • Transfers files from CCI Interface, updates status of file • Prepares Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) invoice and creates worksheets for any cross documents • Processes and transmits files as needed • Organizes Other Government Department (OGD) permit applications, and interacts with other government departments • Performs data entry or manual processing of invoices as required CUSTOMER SUPPORT • Liaises with customers for missing H-S codes, invoices or to seek further clarifications • Collaborates with staff members from other FTNC border offices on any system related issues • High School Diploma and CCS designation required • Minimum 2 years of experience with Transportation and Brokerage firm • Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, AS 400 and office equipment (fax machine / photocopiers / printers / scanners) • Excellent communication, organization, inter-personal and problem solving skills are required • Ability to interact with a wide range of customers, carriers and brokers Connecting people with goods, services, ideas and technologies creates opportunities that fuel innovation, energize businesses and lift communities to higher standards of living.
