Role Description Commercial Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment Own the execution of commercial priorities across Sales, Marketing and Production/Product to ensure teams are aligned around business objectives. Turn company strategy into clear execution plans with defined priorities, timelines, and accountability. Lead cross-functional planning rhythms that keep teams focused on delivering results. Remove barriers, resolve competing priorites and ensure departments execute together rather than in silos. Drive accountability for commitments while respecting departmental ownership and expertise. Revenue Performance & KPI Leadership Build and manage the commercial sales scorecard, establishing leading KPI’s that predict revenue and profitability. Identify the activities that drive growth (sales activity, conversion, distribution, product mix, velocity, retention, pricing, etc) and ensure teams are measuring what matters. Translate revenue targets into actionable goals for Sales, Marketing and Product teams. Monitor performance, identify gaps early and work with leaders to implement corrective actions. Continuously improve reporting and KPI frameworks to strengthen execution and decision-making. Commercial & Production Execution Use market data, customer insights and business performance to identify growth opportunities and operational risks. Align product portfolio, pricing, promotions and production planning to maximize commercial performance. Ensure Sales and Marketing initiatives are supported by operational capacity and supply planning. Partner with Production/Product leadership to balance customer demand with operational realities. Drive cross-functional decisions that improve execution, profitability and customer experience. Qualifications 4-5 years in Business Leadership with a focus on Sales/Marketing and Revenue and Channel Development. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Expertise in brewery production inputs preferred, sourcing strategies and cost management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environment.
