Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Finning is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Registration & Pricing Advisor to support warranty solutions across Mining, Construction, and Power Systems equipment. In this role, you will partner with sales teams, customers, and Caterpillar to deliver warranty expertise, manage registrations, provide custom pricing, and ensure the accuracy of key financial transactions. Location: Alberta, BC or SK Schedule Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 PM (37.5 hour per week) Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 inclusive of bonus, benefit Job Description: Process and manage warranty registrations for equipment, attachments, and Power Systems products with accuracy and timeliness. Provide customized warranty pricing and recommendations for non-standard warranty solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams on warranty products, enrollment requirements, and available coverage options. Review and validate enrollment documentation while resolving registration issues and exceptions. Maintain warranty programs and offerings within Finning and Caterpillar systems. Complete monthly and quarterly warranty reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and warranty-related projects. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and Caterpillar partners to deliver exceptional support. Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in warranty administration, contract administration, registrations, or a related business support role. Experience managing transactions and customer information within ERP, CRM, or other business systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments. Knowledge of Caterpillar products, equipment industries, or warranty programs is considered a strong asset. Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, communication, deadline management, and customer collaboration skills are required; knowledge of Caterpillar products or warranty programs is an asset.
